Be prepared to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to get familiar with our facility, get comfortable with our staff, and fill out any forms or documents. With your help, we can make sure your appointment starts promptly as scheduled.

We require at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours, there is $50 cancellation fee. If you no show for an appointment, there is a $100 fee. We understand that certain instances or emergencies may occur, and we will accommodate accordingly.

We do not accept any form of insurance. Although we are a medical practice, the services that we perform are elective in nature and are not covered by insurance.

We do have financing options available. You can sign-up directly though the financing tab on our website. We accept CareCredit, Alpheon Credit, and United Medical Credit.

Gratuity cannot be accepted for any medical procedures, such as injectables. However, gratuity for our estheticians are at the discretion of patients and are always appreciated. Please note, gratuities cannot be accepted via credit card; cash only.

All of our consultations are complimentary. However, we do need to take a credit card on file in order to book the appointment.

Pre-paid packages cannot be refunded, however to ensure all our clients have the best experience, un-used services can be applied to other services at Aespala. All treatments sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and retail products are non-refundable. Retail can only be returned within 14 days, if there is a documented adverse reaction. Defective products (broken pump) may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

We value our clients' peace. We respectfully ask that you do not bring any children who are minors to our facility, in order to help us maintain a calm and peaceful environment. Any patients who are under the age of 18 will require a parent/ guardian to be with them in order to receive any treatment.

Yes! Stop in to purchase a gift card during our business hours. You may purchase the gift card over the phone and pick it up whenever is most convenient for you. You may also place a "credit on the account" of an existing patient, which acts as a credit balance for the next time they come in.

All pre-paid packages must be started within one year from purchase date to remain active. Any unused packages will expire one year from the purchase date and will be deleted from your account balance.
